Lysekils Hockey arrangerar den 2/4 – 4/4 2027 en U14 cup för upp till åtta lag. Lysekils Hockey har i över 40 år arrangerat populära hockeycuper för U14 och i år är inget undantag. Rinken som är av NHL-mått sätter en extra intensiv prägel spelet vilket ofta skapar spännande matcher. Cuperna har haft deltagande lag från olika delar av Europa genom åren och är en mycket uppskattad cup.
Tid & Plats:
2/4 – 4/4 2027 i Gullmarsborgs Ishall, Lysekil.
Cupen startar på fredag kväll och håller på fram till söndag kväll. (Mer exakta tider kommer med spelschemat närmre inpå cupen)
Spelform:
Lagen fördelas i två grupper med efterföljande slutspel. Samtliga lag spelar fem matcher.
Antal lag:
Totalt 8 lag. I första hand ett lag per klubb, i mån av plats eller enligt överenskommelse finns möjlighet att anmäla flera lag per klubb. Inga dispenser ges till äldre spelare om inte särskilda skäl föreligger, vilket skall godkännas av cupledningen.
Mat & Logi:
Inkvartering för lagen sker på skolor i nära anslutning till ishallen. Hårt underlag gäller.
Alla måltider serveras i vårt klubbhus intill ishallen:
Lördag: Frukost, lunch, middag och kvällsmål.
Söndag: Frukost och lunch.
Lättare mellanmål finns tillgängligt under lördagen och söndagen.
Priser:
Lagpriser till de tre bäst placerade lagen.
Minnespris till samtliga spelare.

Ni sätter sedan in 4000 SEK till vårt bankkonto, tänk på att specificera vilken klubb det gäller. Platsen kommer därefter att bekräftas. En månad före att cupen startar så skickas en faktura ut för antalet spelare ni vill delta med, denna faktura skall vara betald senast två veckor före dess att cupen startar.
Lösenord till swehockeycup.se kommer skickas ut till kontaktpersonen, där uppgifter om spelares namn, nummer, födelseår etc. skall fyllas i. Vi debiterar er lägst för 15 spelare och det maximala antalet som kan delta är 20 spelare + fem ledare.
Avgiften för cupen reduceras inte för lag som inte utnyttjar mat eller logi. Om en spelare blir sjuk eller skadad måste vi veta detta senast kl 12.00, dagen före cupens start.
Avgifter:
Lagavgift: 4000 kr/lag (inkluderar 3 ledare)
Spelaravgift: 1300kr/spelare.
Extra ledare: 600kr

En månad före att cupen startar så skickas en faktura ut för 15 spelare. Spelaravgifterna betalas senast 2027-03-19. Då krediterar eller debiterar vi för de spelare som är anmälda. Vi debiterar er lägst för 15 spelare och det maximala antalet som kan delta är 20 spelare + fem ledare.
Lag som inte betalt hela avgiften 19 Mars kan komma att bytas ut mot lag som står på kölista.

ENGLISH VERSION
Lysekils Hockey is hosting a U14 tournament for up to eight teams from April 2 to April 4, 2027. For over 40 years, Lysekils Hockey has organized popular hockey tournaments for U14, and this year is no exception. The NHL-sized rink adds an extra intense character to the game, which often makes for exciting matches. Over the years, teams from various parts of Europe have participated, making it a highly appreciated tournament.
Time & Location:
April 2–4, 2027 at Gullmarsborgs Ishall, Lysekil.
The tournament starts on Friday evening and runs until Sunday evening. (More precise times will be provided with the game schedule closer to the tournament date.)
Format:
Teams are divided into two groups, followed by playoffs. All teams play five matches.
Number of Teams:
8 teams in total. Primarily one team per club; pending availability or by agreement, registering multiple teams per club is possible. No dispensations are granted for older players unless special reasons exist, which must be approved by tournament management.
Food & Accommodation:
Accommodation for the teams is provided at schools located close to the ice rink. Sleeping on hard surfaces (air mattresses/sleeping pads) applies.
All meals are served in our clubhouse next to the ice rink:
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an evening snack.
Sunday: Breakfast and lunch.
Light snacks are available throughout Saturday and Sunday.
Prizes:
Team trophies for the top three teams.
Commemorative prizes for all players.
Registration:
Register your team by emailing the following details to kansli@lysekilshockey.se or use the form on our website.

You then pay 4,000 SEK to our bank account—please ensure you specify which club the payment is for. Your spot will be confirmed after payment. One month before the tournament starts, an invoice will be sent for the number of players participating; this invoice must be paid no later than two weeks before the tournament starts.
Login details for swehockeycup.se will be sent to the contact person, where information regarding player names, jersey numbers, birth year, etc., must be submitted. You will be billed for a minimum of 15 players, and the maximum number of participants allowed is 20 players + 5 team leaders.
The fee is non-refundable/non-reducible for teams that do not utilize food or accommodation. If a player falls ill or gets injured, we must be notified no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the tournament starts.
Fees:
Team fee: 4,000 SEK/team (includes 3 team leaders)
Player fee: 1,300 SEK/player
Extra team leader: 600 SEK

Mark the payment with team name and Viking Cup 2027
One month before the tournament starts, an invoice for 15 players will be issued. Player fees must be paid by March 19, 2027 at the latest, at which point we will credit or bill for the actual number of registered players. You will be charged for a minimum of 15 players, and the maximum team capacity is 20 players + 5 team leaders.
Teams that have not paid the full fee by March 19 may be replaced by teams on the waiting list.
